Gonzos Quest

About the slot machine Gonzos Quest

When the Spaniards in the 16th century went to South America in search of land and wealth, The Legend of the city of El Dorado quickly spread. This mythical city was rumored to hide huge amounts of gold, and the search was therefore incredibly intense among the Explorers of that time. The city was never encountered and has long since been dismissed as a myth. However, now you have the opportunity to go in search of these forgotten riches in the slot machine Gonzos Quest from NetEnt.

On the surface, Gonzos Quest is reminiscent of many other modern slot machines.Moderna slots While there are no traditional Reels, there are five columns of three rows each where your goal is to line up the same symbols. The number of paylines is 20 and cannot be changed, but you can choose between five different bet levels and adjust the coin value to anywhere the minimum the casino sets and up to five dollar. The minimum bet per spin is an amount set by the casino and the maximum bet is 500 bucks, which gives you plenty of opportunities to find a level that feels just right.

Symbols and functions

First of all, you should know that Gonzo's Quest works a little differently compared to most other Automata. The game uses the “Avalanche” function, which simply means that symbols that are part of winning combinations explode and leave room for new symbols. This means that after each winning combination you have a chance for additional winnings. With each avalanche, the win multiplier increases, and at most, your wins can be multiplied by 15!

As usual, it is important to line up identical symbols in Gonzo's Quest. There are only seven standard symbols, which is unusually little. This will give you a higher probability of winnings, which, of course, is a plus. Here, however, we focus on the special symbols that can help you to the really hefty winnings. The first of these is the wild symbol which is characterized by a question mark. This symbol can replace all other symbols to give you more and bigger combinations.

The second symbol of particular interest is the Free Falls symbol which is represented by a Golden Circle with a mask in the middle. If you get at least three of these along an active Payline, you have won 10 free falls, which works much like free spins in other slot machines. In concrete terms, this feature means that you get 10 free rounds, which of course can mean big wins!

Summary

Gonzos Quest is a really deliciously designed slot machine that, with its excellent graphics and atmosphere, has become incredibly popular. Of course, no slot machine is complete without a chance for big wins, and thanks to the win multiplier and Avalanche feature in Gonzo's Quest, those who are lucky enough can leave the game with really big wins in their pockets.
