Updated Written and checked by the Casinos-Online editorial team

What Casinos-Online.pro records about visitors, which four cookies it sets, who the controller is and how to reach them.

Here is the full list of personal information Casinos-Online.pro touches, the reason for each item, and the choices you have. The site is built to need very little: there are no reader accounts, no newsletter and no sign-in, so for most visitors the only data involved is what a web server and our referral cookies record.

The data controller

Levantorre Media Limited, Tisa House, 143 Main Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, decides how personal information gathered on Casinos-Online.pro is used, and is the body to contact about it: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Request records. Each time a browser asks our server for a page, the server notes the IP address, the browser's own description of itself, the address asked for, the page that linked to it and the time. These records exist so the site stays up and misuse can be traced; old entries are overwritten as new ones arrive.
  • Referral cookies. Whichever page you land on, two small files arrive with it: mz_vid, an anonymous number that lets repeat visits be told apart (it expires after twelve months), and mz_src, a note of the search engine, site or bookmark that brought you here (it expires after thirty days). Follow a /go/ link toward a casino and the redirect stores mozbiz_session plus XSRF-TOKEN as well, each lasting roughly twenty hours. Their only job is to show which of our pages sent a visitor to which operator, because that is what decides who gets paid. Names, email addresses and card numbers are never written into them.
  • Messages you send. Writing to us, by email or through the feedback box on the contact page, gives us your address and whatever you chose to put in the message. That is used to reply and, where it points out a mistake, to fix the page. Please leave out account numbers and copies of identity documents; we have no use for them.

No Google Analytics, Meta pixel, tag manager or advertising network code runs on these pages, and personal information is neither bought nor sold. Should that ever change, this policy changes first.

Why we use it

Three purposes only: keeping the site online and safe, attributing referrals under the publisher's agreements with operators, and answering mail. Readers are not profiled for marketing, and no automated decision is taken about anyone.

Who else sees it

The company that hosts the site and the service that runs our /go/ redirects handle data for us and on our instructions. Clicking through to a casino tells that casino you came from Casinos-Online.pro; from that point its own privacy notice governs what happens, and it is worth reading before you register. Information goes to public authorities only when a law obliges us to hand it over.

How long we keep it

Cookies lapse on the schedule above, or sooner if you clear them. Emails are kept while the matter they raise is open and deleted afterwards; a message that led to a correction may be kept with the record of that correction.

Your rights

Ask us, at [email protected], what we hold that relates to you, and we will tell you within 20 working days; ask us to fix something inaccurate, or to erase it, and we will do that too unless a law requires us to keep it. For readers here these are statutory rights under the Privacy Act 2020, and anyone unhappy with our answer may complain to the Privacy Commissioner; outside New Zealand, your local data protection regulator is the place to go. Clearing or refusing our cookies never locks you out of a page.

Changes to this policy

Look at the “Updated” line under the heading to see when this policy was last revised. A significant change is described in the policy itself, not slipped in quietly.

Amounts are shown only where we have read them in the operator’s own New Zealand terms. Where we have not, the line says so and links to the offer page instead of quoting a number. No site on this list holds a New Zealand licence — the Department of Internal Affairs issues the first ones on 1 December 2026.

What this site actually gives you

We are a comparison site, not a casino. Everything below is checked against primary sources — operator terms, the Gambling Act 2003, and Department of Internal Affairs (Te Tari Taiwhenua) publications — and dated.

  • Offers with a date on them Every welcome offer carries the day we last read it in the operator’s own terms. No figure appears without that check.
  • New Zealand law, in plain words What is legal, what changes on 1 December 2026, and which payment methods the licensees’ credit-card ban actually covers.
  • Payment rails that work from here Read off each operator’s own cashier page rather than copied from a European site — including the methods that stopped working.
  • How we are paid Commission on some links, never on our conclusions. Our method.

Who wrote this

The Casinos-Online editorial team — a New Zealand-facing desk, not a named byline, because every page here is produced and checked by more than one person. We read operator terms, the Gambling Act 2003, the Online Casino Gambling Act 2026 and Department of Internal Affairs (Te Tari Taiwhenua) publications, and we date what we check. We do not claim to have deposited, played or withdrawn at the casinos we describe.
