SlotsHeaven Casino review

About Slotsheaven Casino

Slotsheaven Casino has been live since 2013 but so far the influx of New Zealand players has not been very large. One reason is the non-existent marketing. However, the site and its owners (Slotsheaven is part of the giant Mansion) have reason to be satisfied with their product. Here we may not be offered a heaven for slots, but with almost 500 games, of which about 60 titles with progressive jackpots, a live casino unique to New Zealand latitudes and a VIP program that really justifies the name, Slotsheaven is a site well worth an extra look. Our experiences and our review of the site can be found here in our review!

Casino bonuses at Slotsheaven

• Slotsheaven does not have an overseas licence and therefore there is no bonus for New Zealand casino players.
• Here you can find our best bonus offers at casinos that accept New Zealand players.

Slotsheaven has a welcome package that doesn't come off for hacks. With a first deposit you are rewarded with a 100% bonus along with 200 Free Spins on a jackpot game. This is just the beginning. On this site there is always a larger battery of promotions and offers of good class.

Your starting bonus includes the following:

• 100% up to the casino's cap bonus
• 40 Free Spins on Age of the Gods direct
• Another 160 Free Spins on the same slot (20 spins per day for eight days)

To take advantage of your starter package, you must make a qualifying deposit and activate the bonus at the checkout. Note that you can only take advantage of the offer if you make your deposit with VISA/MasterCard or any method that involves a bank payment (for example instant bank transfer). When the money comes in, it is automatically doubled at the same time as 40 freespins enter the age of the Gods. Just open the game to start spinning for free.

Wagering requirements

Even if the bonus money is added to your bankroll, you first play with your own money. You start playing with the bonus money if, and only when, your own money “runs out”. This means that you have an opportunity to withdraw your own money whenever you want.

For the bonus money, the wagering requirement is 40x. thus, if you maximize the bonus offer, you should wager an amount set by the casino. For table games, card games and the like, bets are counted at less than 100% against the requirement.

For the free rounds at Age of the Gods, a wagering requirement of low 20x winnings applies. In return, there is a withdrawal limit of an amount set by the casino.

VIP program

The loyalty program at Slotsheaven is of course called “VIP heaven”. Many VIP programs are open to just about any player regardless of how little and how sporadically one plays, but this does not apply to the Slotsheaven variant. Here, both larger deposits and greater activity are used to join the VIP program.

In order to take advantage of the benefits, you need to play a total of 20,000 loyalty points and deposit an amount set by the casino. You will then end up at the Bronze level. There are a total of five levels and to reach the maximum VIP Elite level, 50,000 loyalty points and total deposits of an amount set by the casino are earned.

The loyalty points have two functions. On the one hand, they count towards the VIP program, and on the other hand, they act as currency against bonuses. If you play on slots $, an amount set by the casino wagering is applied to earn you one (1) loyalty point.

Game selection

Slotsheaven is one of the few online casinos that allows you to choose between playing in the browser and playing in a program on the computer. The difference between the variants is that you have slightly more titles to play in the casino client. However, we guess that you can get by with the approximately 400 games that are directly available on the site.

All games in the range come from Playtech. That may sound like a big disadvantage, but that's not really the case. Playtech has a game selection that is complete in all parts. As an example, you can play 15 video poker games and a massive 60 jackpot games.

The game lobby consists of five categories in which the slot machines stand out. If you want to jump straight to the most popular as well as the site's new slots, navigate your way to the “Top Games”category. Here you will find, among other things, a number of the games included in the new series Age of the Gods

Live casino from Playtech

With all the software from Playtech, the live casino department is also from this game developer. When you click Up Live casino on Slotsheaven you will find a clearly sharpened range. You will find old classics such as roulette, blackjack and baccarat, and some more unique games such as 3 card Brag, Mini Baccarat, Hi-LO and Casino Hold'em. If you want to try your luck on games other than the classics, Slotsheaven is not a stupid choice.

Slots with jackpots

You may know that the game developer Playtech is a master of jackpot games? The number of games with ever-growing jackpots that the developer has offered over the years clearly exceeds a hundred pieces. At the moment there are almost 60 jackpot games in Playtech's portfolio and perhaps the best thing is that they are available in so many variants and sizes.

The jackpot offer can be divided into three parts. First, there are a dozen jackpots with the collective name Age of the Gods. Secondly, there are a number of themed jackpot games from DC Comics (man of Steel, Superman II, and more). Thirdly, there are about thirty separate jackpot games including classics like Beach Life and Everybody's Jackpot.

Mobile casino Slotsheaven

Online casinos that want to give their players the opportunity to play on mobile and tablet normally do so by creating responsive websites. Some players also make sure to create apps for Android and iPhone. The latter is the strategy Slotsheaven uses.

Casino mobile app

You can download the Slotsheaven app both for your iPhone and Android and then be able to play with a little greater stability and faster loading times. In addition, in the app there are always exclusive offers and promotions.

Customer

When you land on the site, it may look like you have no live chat to use. However, it's just that it is “hidden” and is accessed only when you are logged in. It is perhaps a bit snopy because interested players then have no opportunity to ask questions without first registering. In return, we should say that the support is in any case open around the clock (in English).

You have two additional ways to connect with Slotsheaven support. The easiest way is to send an email to its published email address You can also call it international number +350 200 44793.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Slotsheaven has a very international audience and therefore makes sure to have support for a huge amount of payment methods. As a New Zealand player, it is probably above all VISA, MasterCard, instant bank transfer, Neteller, Skrill, mobile bank payment and Bitcoin that are relevant. You deposit free of charge with all these methods. Just note that the minimum deposit is slightly different for each method. For example, for instant bank transfer and debit / credit cards, the minimum deposit is an amount set by the casino.

On average, The minimum amount you need to have in your account to make a withdrawal is set by the casino. Note that you cannot make withdrawals with instant bank transfer. If you have deposited with instant bank transfer, you may instead make a withdrawal by bank transfer. Slotsheaven is not particularly quick to handle withdrawals. For some methods, you will have to wait up to eight business days. If you are a member of the VIP program, however, withdrawals are handled much more quickly.

Summary

Is Slotsheaven really a heaven for those who love slots? The answer to that question is both yes and no. Slotsheaven is a solid online casino where most of it is of good class. However, it cannot be said that the site is a specialist in slots in any way, if you do not count the fantastic range of jackpot games that is. To appreciate the site, it is important that you really appreciate Playtech's creations. If you prefer to play slots from Play'N GO, NetEnt or any other more common developer at New Zealand casinos, you can opt out of Slotsheaven right away.
