Using an offshore casino is not an offence for a player here — the Gambling Act 2003 puts its restrictions on operators and on advertising, not on you. About CampeonBet Casino

CampeonBet is a global gambling company that offers its services to players across Europe. The company made its way into the New Zealand market back in 2018, and since then, it has garnered quite the following among Kiwis who enjoy gambling at live casinos. CampeonBet operates on the Genesis Gaming platform, and with that, it can offer players quite a unique gambling experience. As far as live casino games go, CampeonBet offers no less than five different game providers and over 20 titles available for players. These are all streamed in HD quality from state-of-the-art studios.

The bonus offers at Campeonbet may not be of the same model as you are used to from New Zealand casinos, but they are not bad. You will receive double on your first deposit and can take advantage of reloading bonuses on every new deposit. High rollers also have a unique cashback program to take advantage of every week.

Casino bonuses at CampeonBet

• CampeonBet has no an overseas licence and therefore no bonus for New Zealand casino players.
• Here you can find our best bonus offers at casinos that accept New Zealand players.

The Campeonbet Casino offers an enticing and straightforward bonus scheme. It is “fairly generous and fairly simple,” to quote the online reviewers, who, like me, are always on the lookout for good bonus offers. In essence, when you sign up and make your first deposit, Campeonbet will double that deposit, giving you even more money with which to try your luck. To qualify for the bonus, you must make a qualifying deposit. The maximum bonus amount you can receive is an amount set by the casino. Thus, if you deposit anywhere within the range the casino sets, you will receive a 100% match on your deposit.

Example: You deposit the minimum amount. Your 100% bonus gives you an amount set by the casino extra and you get to start playing with an amount set by the casino.

• The incentive is good for 30 days.
• The highest wager that can be placed while using bonus funds is an amount set by the casino.
• The slots bonus can only be utilized on games from certain developers (including NetEnt, NextGen, Red Tiger, and ELK Studios).

Here's how to get your bonus:

1. After registering, sign in and access the Offers area (visible as a small gift icon at the top of the page).
2. Select the offer labeled 'welcome bonus casino.' Press the yellow button to turn on the offer.
3. Following that, put down a minimum of an amount set by the casino to double the amount in the account.

Other conditions:

If you prefer to wager on sports, Campeonbet has a Sportsbook bonus for you. It features a 50% bonus on deposits up to the casino's cap, as well as a separate freebet worth an amount set by the casino. Just to clarify, though, you can't use both offers at once.

Wagering requirements

Your welcome bonus has a not very generous wagering requirement. What it is, is 45x and it applies to both your bonus and your own deposit. For other bonuses, such as the reload bonuses on all deposits (see below), the requirement is instead 40x the bonus amount.

Other promotions and bonuses

You will find no promotional calendar or similar at Campeonbet. Instead, the site has a couple of standing offers that are always available to activate.

Reload bonuses on all deposits

Campeonbet presents a reload bonus to all players for every deposit they make. This offer provides a match bonus of 50% up to the casino's cap, but to be eligible for this bonus, your deposit must be no less than an amount set by the casino.

Weekly Cashback

At Campeonbet, if you base your play on slightly larger amounts on slots, you can get cashback every week. The principle is simple: if you lose more than an amount set by the casino in a week, you get 10% back. This begins at a somewhat generous an amount set by the casino and goes up to the also somewhat generous an amount set by the casino. You have 15x to play this money back before it is yours again.

The related offer can also be accessed for live casino. You can, therefore, claim a rebate of within the range the casino sets every week. For this amount, the play-through requirement is just 3 times.

Additional bonuses for different deposit methods

At CampeonBet, you have the relatively unique opportunity to receive an additional bonus when depositing with certain selected deposit methods. Check the promotions page on the site for details. And make sure to read the rules carefully before partaking in such a deal.

Game selection

When you enter the lobby for slot machines and table games, it is easy to believe that the selection of games is huge. At the top, there is a list of almost 30 game developers. This list deceives a bit because Campeonbet does not really add all the titles from all those developers. Even so, in the next paragraph, we will tell you that we think the selection is solid enough. Why? Because the slot machines come from some of the biggest providers you can find in the online casino world, with NetEnt, Play'n GO, Betsoft, iSoftBet, Playson, Red Tiger, NextGen Gaming, and Pragmatic Play, to just name a few.

If you are looking for a specific kind of game in the offering, you can go directly to the game providers. They will always have a link in front of their name that will take you directly to their offerings. But if you want to browse rather than go directly to a game, there are several ways to do it. You can sort the offerings by different categories.

You can either audition without cost or play for actual currency in all games. You can also make your favorite games easily accessible by starring them after you log in.

Some jackpot games, in fact, Campeonbet does not offer at all. There is a clear shortage, and we can only hope that a range of progressive jackpots will be available in the future.

Campeonbet mobile

Campeonbet has no application for Android or iOS. You also don't need one. The site works perfectly on all devices because it is responsive.

Online casino

If you take pleasure in participating in live casino experiences, Campeonbet offers an array that surpasses almost all others. We can commence by stating that the website features a classic selection of live casino games, provided by not only Evolution Gaming but also Ezugi, NetEnt, and VGS. Furthermore, you can access a vast assortment of lotto games and other unique offerings from the supplier Betgames. In summary, the selection of live casino and live number games is quite literally massive.

All of the live games from Evolution Gaming are supplied to Campeonbet. This means that you can play, for instance, Caribbean Stud, Dream Catcher, and Three Card Poker alongside roulette and blackjack. Ezugi provides keno and the game known as “bet on numbers,” while VGS offers,—among other things—the innovative game known as “bet on poker.”

Support

The support team at Campeonbet speaks only English. This is undoubtedly a minus and the site loses in this department to quite a few competitors. Still, it must be said that you can e-mail Campeonbet's support team at any hour of the day or night and expect a pretty prompt reply. If you prefer to speak to someone via live chat, that option is available too, though just not as much.

In general, Campeonbet is a website with an abundance of information. There is a FAQ section dedicated to frequently asked questions and their answers, and all bonuses are displayed with very unambiguous information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

As Campeonbet is an essentially international site, there is no additional emphasis on payment methods that are particularly “New Zealand”. For instance, instant bank transfer is not an option. The methods you should examine closely for making deposits are VISA, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, and Paysafecard. They all have a range of minimum deposits, within the range the casino sets, depending on which method you choose. There are no fees—deposit or otherwise—that you have to worry about.

With withdrawals, there are pluses and minuses. A big plus is the quick processing time. Most payments are handled and sent within twelve hours. Another plus is that all withdrawals are free. The large minus is that the minimum withdrawal amount is an amount set by the casino.

Summary

Campeonbet is distinguished from the competition positively in several areas. Once again, we must highlight the peerless selection of live casino games. While most casino platforms settle for offering only a few live-options, Campeonbet has more than 20 to choose from. That being said, we do feel that the team behind the site could stand to add a few more slot titles to their catalog and could afford to lower the site's wagering terms a notch or two. Of course, it's also a negative that the site is operated under a Curacao license.
