The Invisible Man

About The Invisible Man slot machine

The Invisible Man is a science fiction book written by H. G. Wells. A scientist has figured out the key to invisibility, and uses his new “superpower” to wreak havoc in the small English village where he keeps his house. This card novel has inspired the movie Hollow Man, and now the classic story has taken the step over to the world of slot machines.

Just as we would expect from a new game from Netent, The Invisible Man is a really, really delicious slot game. The game oozes mystery, and both graphics and sound do their part to suck the player into the late 1800s England. But of course it's not just about a nice surface, but The Invisible Man also offers really fresh features and – of course – great profit opportunities.

Stakes, set-ups and winnings

The Invisible Man, like most modern slot machines, has Moderna 5 reels and 3 rows. There are 20 paylines, and these go both ways. In other words, you can win just as well with a combination that runs from right to left as the more traditional left to right. However, you can only win once per bet line. The lines are fixed, which means you can't bet on fewer than 20.

To select a bet, you can change the coin value as well as the number of coins wagered per bet line. The minimum bet is an amount set by the casino, while the maximum is an amount set by the casino.

Among the regular symbols of the game, it is Flora Cranley, the woman in red, who gives the biggest winnings: up to 500 times the line bet.

Symbols and functions

It is when it comes to special features that NetEnt usually excels, and this is the case this time too. The Invisible Man has a lot of fun to offer, quite simply.

Police Wild & Griffin Wild
In the basic mode of the game there are 2 different wild symbols. Both work the same way, and give you more chances to win by replacing other symbols on the reels. Police Wilds appear on the far left, and Griffin Wilds appear on the far right. As soon as you get a wild on the screen, re-spins are activated, and the wild symbol begins to “climb” across the screen. If a police Wild and a Griffin Wild meet halfway, they will hit each other, and you activate the free spins.

Free spins
As usual, free spins are a bunch of free rounds where you can sit back and let the winnings roll in. The number of free spins you get is 10, and it's fine to trigger more free rounds. During free spins, both police Wilds and Griffin Wilds will be able to appear anywhere on the reels.

In addition, during free spins, two meters are displayed. If any of these fill up, you will be taken to one of the two bonus games:

Police Spins Bonus Game
This bonus feature gives you 3 free spins where 5 wilds are randomly placed on the reels, which of course increases the chances of winning significantly.

Griffin's Rage Bonus Game
Time to play detective! Choose from 5 different clues to reveal what profit is hidden behind. You can choose new items until you uncover a police hat – then the bonus game is over.

Summary

Unsurprisingly, The Invisible Man is a really high-quality game that is going to be popular with players who like cool features and fun special symbols. With a unique layout with two different wilds and two separate bonus games, this is far from a standard slot. If you prefer simpler games without special features, this is probably nothing for you, but for everyone else, The Invisible Man is more than worth checking out.
