About Reel Outlaws

There are probably many of us who have always dreamed of being able to boot into an authentic wild west saloon, grab an iron or five and talk some shit with the bartender. Throw in some cacti, cowboy boots and sheriff stars and you have the lovely cocktail that is Reel Outlaws. In this slot, we travel to a time and place when settlers tested the frontiers of the American Western Front. At this time, gold mining was a big attraction, and if you are lucky with you, you can come across a real gold find in this slot machine.

Technically, Reel Outlaws is a slot with 5 reels and 3 rows. The maximum number of BET lines is 9, but anyone who prefers to play with fewer than that can of course do so. You can change the coin value to anything between 0.02 and 1 credit, and in addition, you can choose to bet between 1 and 5 coins per active bet line. All in all, a spin can thus go on between 0,02 and 45 credit.

Symbols and functions

The Wild symbol in the game is easy to recognize, as it is appropriately adorned with the text “Wild”. The special thing about these symbols is that they can replace other symbols to give you the chance for more as well as bigger wins. The only symbols that cannot be replaced by a wild are the scatter and bonus symbols. The Wild symbol is also valuable in its own right, as it can provide one of the game's biggest individual wins. If you manage to get 5 wilds, you will cash in 2000 credit-a welcome addition to the Gold Fund!

The Scatter symbol in the game consists of a stack of dynamite guys. These symbols do not have to land along any active bet line to pay dividends. Instead, it is enough that you get 3 or more scatters anywhere on the reels. 3, 4 and 5 scatters pay out 5, 50 and 500 respectively.

The last of the special symbols is a bonus symbol made up of the Reel Outlaws logo. We're not going to reveal too much about what to expect when you get 3, 4 or 5 of these symbols on an active Payline, but we can say that it can pay off really well. The more bonus symbols you get, the bigger your potential winnings will be, and in addition, the winnings are multiplied by the number of active bet lines. In other words, it can be worthwhile to drive on a little more lines.

Summary

Reel Outlaws is a solid slot machine that is perfect for those with a penchant for the Wild West, bourbon and explosions. We may miss a real free spin feature or some really massive jackpot, but otherwise there is nothing to complain about in this nice video slot. If you want to try another slot with a similar theme from Betsoft, we can recommend Black Gold. Another option is gold diggers 2.
