About Reeltastic Casino

Reeltastic is a pure online casino (but also with livecasino) which builds on the successes of, among others La Fiesta Casino and Casino Superlines. Characteristic of all sites powered by Equinox Dynamic is that they have playful themes, massive game selection and generous rewards for both new and existing players. The theme of Reeltastic is a dream with typical fairytale elements (princesses, unicorns and more!).

The purpose of the site is to offer an easy and fun entrance to online casino. The design is nice (actually it is created by a famous artist), the games are presented in an easy to understand way and the navigation is really good. The result is a site that is easy to get started with and easy to like.

VIP programs and other rewards

Cashbacks, bonuses, freespins there are always a lot of different offers to take part in at Reeltastic. It is a little extra festive on the site twice a month, this via the bonus offers “beginning of the month” and “end of the month”respectively.

However, the site's biggest ace up its sleeve is the VIP program. All players are allowed to participate in this program, regardless of turnover. Benefits include earning cash points (can be converted into cash), own account manager, cashbacks and secret gifts.

Wagering requirements

Reeltastic, like all other online casinos (with a few exceptions), has wagering requirements for their bonuses. The requirements are actually a bit special and you would do well to read about them before you start playing. Here is a small summary:

• The wagering requirement for bonus money is 30 times both the deposit and the bonus addition
• Wagering must be done on games from Fugaso, Betsoft and GS (click on “Bonus” in the game lobby to see which titles you get to play with a bonus)
• The maximum payout is 20 times the own deposit (after meeting the wagering requirements)
• Bonus money is always so-called virtual money – you can play with it and get winnings from it, but you cannot withdraw it
• For free spins there are normally no wagering requirements

1000 games

Reeltastic aims high with its game selection. In the clear game lobby you will find almost 1000 games-all so that you can find both one, two and more favorites.

In the game lobby you are first introduced to the most popular games in the range. There is a high probability that you will find here a lot of slots that you have never seen before. Reeltastic does not only have games from players like NetEnt and Play'N go. Instead, it presents titles from over 20 different game developers and Game Studios. Among the top rated games you will always find creations from Playson, Fugaso, Booongo, Betsoft and Felix, among others. Among other game developers, Thunderkick and NextGen are also noticeable.

If slots are your thing, you have a huge sandwich table to probe. However, Reeltastic also has both card games and table games. Of course, you can also play live dealer casino. Extreme live Gaming and Lucky Streak are the providers as of May 2018. Evolution Gaming will be added in the future.

What about jackpot games? Unfortunately, things are a little worse with such. There are only two of them. The reason is a bit unclear but we hope that Reeltastic will make a bet on jackpots in the future.

Support

It is noticeable that Reeltastic has full focus on the players. It is in itself a must in the fierce competition today, but we think that the site is making a little extra effort. One advantage is the support, which is both pleasant and accommodating. The fact that you can reach the support staff around the clock every day via both live chat and e-mail as well as telephone is of course excellent. One disadvantage is that New Zealand support is not immediately available around the clock.

Deposits & Withdrawals

There is probably not a single payment method that cannot be used at Reeltastic. However, the number of methods is not really that relevant. More importantly, they are safe, secure and easy for New Zealand players to use. As a New Zealand player at Reeltastic you can deposit with instant bank transfer Skrill, Neteller, VISA, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Siru and Bitcoin.

Deposits are made encrypted and your money comes into the account immediately. The minimum deposit is an amount set by the casino. Withdrawals are usually handled within 24 hours and good to know is that the minimum withdrawal is an amount set by the casino.

Safe Games

Reeltastic is located on a platform where all transactions are protected by SSL encryption. For deposits, your data is additionally protected by additional authentication. The games are reviewed by independent testing Institutes for, among other things, fair refunds.

In this context, however, it should be mentioned that Reeltastic has no license within the EU. The license is instead from Curaçao, with all what it means around for example taxable profits.

Summary

Reeltastic is a very large casino with both depth and breadth of offer. Here you can play almost 1000 titles from over 20 different game developers. You can claim a 200% bonus up to the casino's cap on your first deposit and get a place in the site'S unique VIP program through your first real money bet. With many advantages and not quite as many disadvantages, our weighted rating for the site is well approved.
