OrientXpress Casino Review

This casino does not have an overseas licence. If you want to play at offshore-licensed online casinos, please visit our page with New Zealand casinos

OrientXpress Casino was founded in 2017 by Equinox Dynamic N. V. Casinos which is behind sites like Nordicasino and La Fiesta Casino. Here you will find as a player most of the casino everything from machines and table games for scratch cards and a online casino games Large parts of the website are translated to New Zealand and it is quite possible for you as a New Zealand player to open an account here. The casino has its license from Curacao which means that the casino is safe to play at, but that you need to tax any winnings.

It is easy to navigate around the page and the color scheme is slightly different from what we are used to. Here it is dull colors that apply and you get the feeling that they are pursuing a Wild West theme. However, the main reason why the casino is an interesting upstart is that they allow you to choose from three different welcome bonuses.

Bonuses & Promotions

• OrientXpress does not have an overseas licence and therefore there is no bonus for New Zealand casino players.
• Here you can find our best bonus offers at casinos that accept New Zealand players.

As a new player at OrientXpress Casino, you get to choose from three different welcome offers. The first option gives you a generous 250% in casino bonuses up to the casino's cap which is the currency at the casino.

This bonus has a wagering requirement of 45 times before a withdrawal is possible. The second option is aimed at high rollers and here you can get 100% up to the casino's cap, but then you have to make a qualifying deposit to be eligible. Also, this bonus has a wagering requirement of 45 times unless the customer support thinks you deserve a different wagering requirement. The third option is that you have got your hands on a bonus code that you use when you create your account. This bonus is free and has a wagering requirement of 60 times unless stated otherwise. The wagering requirements are somewhat high, but otherwise the bonuses are more than generous. OrientXpress also has a VIP program that gives you better rewards the more you play.

Games & game makers

As we mentioned briefly in the introduction, most of it is available in Casino mode, but a sportsbook is missing. When you go to the casino's Games section, you can choose which category you are most interested in by checking out their drop-down menu.

Here you will find categories such as new games, VIP games, classic slots, scratch cards and Live Casino. If you know which game you are looking for, you also have the option to search for it in the search box at the top right. Above all, OrientXpress Casino can boast of slot machines and here there is to say the least lots to choose from, both known and unknown titles

Even the other game categories are relatively well stocked but are not quite as impressive as their selection of slots. The game section may not be the most fun in terms of design, but it does its job. Here you can easily orient yourself between the different games and you should find something that suits you – especially if you like slot machines.

The many slot machines that you will find at OrientXpress come from a long list of different game providers. In fact, at present there is the whole 16 different game providers represented, and you yourself can sort the games by manufacturer.

Here you will find big names like NetEnt and Play'N GO, but also many smaller names like Xplosive, Mr Slotty, Wazdan and Felix Gaming. We are impressed by the wide range and it feels like a breath of fresh air in an otherwise fairly homogeneous casino world, where many casinos are content with only the biggest names.

When we take a closer look at their live casino, we are also met there by several game providers. Evolution Gaming, which is probably the biggest name in live casino, can be found here. But we also find Extreme live Gaming. As a player, you have around 40 different live games to choose from. When it comes to Game selection, OrientXpress gets a high rating – it's excellent.

Customer

When you need to get in touch with customer service, you have three approaches to choose from. The first and smoothest option is via their live chat. It can be found on the right side of the site and you can access it by clicking on the yellow symbol. Their staff is fast and accommodating but you will need to write in English, as New Zealand support is not available.

Their live chat is open 20 hours a day, 7 days a week which may be considered perfectly okay. If you have a matter that is of a less urgent nature, you can send an email to its published email address Otherwise, you can also call their Slovak number, +421 2330 560 54

In addition, OrientXpress also has a FAQ with the most common answers and questions. You can access it by either clicking on “Support” at the top of the menu or on “contact us” at the bottom of the site. Their FAQ contains good information but is unfortunately not translated into New Zealand.

Payment methods

To make a deposit at OrientXpress Casino, simply click on “payment methods” in the menu at the top of the site. There you will come to a list of different options and this one too is long and multifaceted.

Here you will find the most common payment methods such as card payments with VISA and MasterCard, e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller as well as secure transfers with instant bank transfer. Something that stands out is the possibility of making a depositing with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. If you prefer to play on invoice, there are both mobile bank payment and carrier billing

In addition to these methods, there are a number of others and there should therefore be no difficulty in finding one that matches your preferences. At the minimum, you can make a qualifying deposit at the casino, and the minimum possible withdrawal is an amount set by the casino. The fact that it is not possible to make smaller withdrawals than that may be considered a minus. During a 30-day period, you can withdraw an amount set by the casino at most and it is not very high.

Summary

OrientXpress has only been around since 2017 but has already come a long way. When you sign up as a new player, you get to choose from three welcome offers, all of which can be described as generous even if the wagering requirements are somewhat high. The casino is especially suitable for those who like a wide variety of different slot machines and there are 16 different game providers represented.

In addition to slots, there are video poker, scratch cards and a live casino, but we can miss a sportsbook. OrientXpress offers many payment methods, both the most common methods and more unusual ones like Bitcoins. However, the minimum withdrawal is an amount set by the casino and the maximum for a month is an amount set by the casino, which lowers the rating a bit.

You can reach the customer service via email, phone or their accommodating live chat which is open 20 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you want an extra bonus, a tip is to ask their customer support. We like OrientXpress and can recommend this new upstart!
