Titan Storm

In Greek mythology, the Titans are divine beings descended from heaven as well as Earth. Among the more famous Titans are Kronos (that of the time), Okeaonos (the sea) and Hyperion (The Sun). The Titan Storm slot from NYX is based on this powerful theme, and the question is whether it will live up to the divine expectations!

The symbols consist of Titans and other divine creatures, all in a stylish cartoon style. The animations are right where they should be, and the sound is just right without being too intrusive. Functionally, there are also a lot of goodies, including 243 paylines and an interesting combined Scatter/Wild symbol.

Stakes, set-ups and winnings

Titan Storm is a fairly standard video slot with 5 reels and 3 rows. Since the game uses “winning ways”, you cannot adjust how many lines you want to play on. In return, it's easy to win. All that is required is that you get 3 identical symbols on adjacent reels from left and right. The most lucrative symbol is the Female Titan, which gives up to 2,000 coins (or the maximum the casino sets) per win path. These winnings can of course be further increased with the help of the game's special features.

You choose a bet by adjusting the value of the coins you play with. You always play with 25 Coins, but the value of these you can put between an amount set by the casino and 20 bucks. A spin therefore means a bet of within the range the casino sets. We believe that most players should be able to find an Instas tier that fits.

Symbols and functions

As it should be, bjussar Titan Storm should be understood on some specials, and these are the ones we will look into more closely now.

Wild symbol
The Wild symbol in Titan Storm is the male Titan. Just like in most other slot machines, the wild symbol can substitute for all other symbols. Unusually, this also includes scatters! For example, if you miss a single symbol to get a win, a well-placed wild will “clog up” the combination and make sure you get your cuddle. Wild symbols only appear on the middle three reels.

Scatter symbol
The scatter of the game consists of some kind of divine gate. Scatters pay regardless of the position on the screen – 3 scatters is enough to win a coin. This symbol only appears on reels 2, 3 and 4, and scatter wins are multiplied by your bet. The most important of all, however, is that scatters can give you free spins, if you get 3 at the same time.

Free play
If you get 3 scatters, you win 10 free spins. During free spins, the wild and scatter symbols combine into a single Super symbol. If you manage to get 5 identical symbols during the free spin rounds, the win will be multiplied by 5. Free spins are played with the same stake you had when they were activated, and you can win new free rounds during ongoing free spins.

Summary

Titan Storm is in many ways a fairly common modern video slot. The game offers a lot of small things with its 243 paylines, wilds, scatters and free rounds, but is perhaps not the most revolutionary we have seen. At the same time, it is undoubtedly a well-made, stylish and pleasant slot machine that actually contains everything you can wager. If you like the theme and style, we can unreservedly recommend that you try Titan Storm.
